ANTHONY DUNN PERFORMANCE DRIVING TUITION – TERMS OF BUSINESS

Our Commitment

We will provide performance driving tuition services targeted on improving your driving skills and performance.  These services may consist of any of the following:

·    providing coaching at test days and track days

·    help and advice at qualifying and race days
·    analysis of data from data logging systems where available

·    on-board video, analysis of film and feedback on areas for improvement

·    specific skills training which may be carried out using specialist equipment such

     as skid cars, rally cars or race driving school cars

·    liason with racing teams in order to procure test and/or race mechanical support

     services either including or excluding hire of racing cars

·    liason on your behalf with your mechanic on car setup requirements

We will use all reasonable endeavours to improve your performance or race driving skills, taking into account your current level of ability, although we cannot guarantee any resultant level of competence.

Payment

Full payment must be made on or before the day of tuition unless otherwise agreed beforehand.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend on a day when you have booked our services, the following conditions apply to cancellation by you:

·    14 days or more before – No cancellation fee will be required

·    13 – 8 days before – You will be invoiced for 25% of the day’s fees

·    7 – 4 days before – You will be invoiced for 50% of the day’s fees

·    less than 4 days before – You will be invoiced for 100% of the day’s fees

Your Commitment

Unless otherwise agreed, you will provide your own race car for testing, track days and race days.  The car you provide will be in good mechanical condition and fully fit and safe for use on a race circuit or airfield.  If it is a race prepared car, it will fully comply with the appropriate regulations relating to it, contained or referred to within the RACMSA Yearbook.

You will comply with the terms and conditions specified by race circuits and track day organisers and any reasonable instruction from an official of the race circuit or track day organiser.

Motorsports Are Dangerous

You acknowledge that accidents can happen in motor sports and that therefore you expose yourself to some personal risks.  You acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for any driving of yours which results in an accident, and therefore you agree to save harmless and keep indemnified Anthony Dunn Performance Driving Tuition, their servants and agents, in respect of all claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death of, or injury to, or loss or damage to property of, yourself.
